Poor experience, 3 weeks from purchase, cycle still not delivered when I had been told it would be ready the next day, poor customer service. Have asked for a refund and although they said they will process, 2 weeks on no one is returning my calls about it. Will write full details depending on what happens - will this company redeem itself?

This shop DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. The owner took £35 for fixing something he never did, in the end had the bike fixed by another bikeshop who fixed it, did a service and replaced a chain and a spoke all for £48.
This shop needs to be reported and closed down, they are liars, fraudsters, KEEP AWAY from EDGWARE CYCLES

Purchase a bike from this shop in the late afternoon, the chain snap same day. I came for a refund the next day as it was a brand new bike. The shop keeper refused and was attempting to give me 1 months worth of repairs for free and request I come another day as he wasn’t the gentleman that sold me the bike. I came back to the shop the following day asking for a refund, once again trying to find any excuse to not give me my £300 back. I called the police and they kindly asked the shop owner to give a refund. The police explained they can not force the gentleman to give a refund and I would need to take legal action.

Avoid this shop at all cost!!!

Dropped my bike in on the off chance to have a new gear cable replaced and fitted.
All done in 30 minutes and for a fair price.
A good experience and a friendly member of staff.

I bought from them an expensive bike I had a issue with transmission I changed flywheel and after that back wheel had severe play. Went there again, the guy just questioned I bought the bike years ago, spent my whole time excusing himself from any error without even looking at the bike. I resorted to go elsewhere to fix the so simple problem he couldn't sort out. I don't recommend their service at all

Stay away!!! Very arrogant. They are very very expensive no exchange and no refund. Dont have manner to take to customer. I had a very bad experience in buying here.

Terrible company i would give 0 stars if i can stay away from them i contacted them asking for a valuation for my bike and on the website it says instant valuation for any bike and the man said to send him some pictures (which was fine) and then after sending it to him via email i contact him saying that i sent the pictures and the man responded in a rude way saying for me to wait a few mins and i waited and now its been a few hours with no response and they are refusing to answer the phone TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

Excellent service. Had a Basic-Service done for my bike as well as puncture repair. Apart from discount I got my rear brake cable fitted complimentary. Fair price. Great service. Thank you very much.
