OTEC Bikes

Lee at Otec just fixed my Giant Defy. I know he went above and beyond to get it working for me as quickly as possible. He followed up to make sure I was happy (I was delighted).
He's also put a couple of upgrades on my spare bike (an 8 year old Tifosi) which now runs superbly well.

Had an issue with my bike on the way home. Had no idea they were there.. found by complete chance. Very helpful and we’re willing to help at a moments notice. They found the issue straight away and fixed it. Great service and now I know they are there, I can use them for servicing etc.. thanks for your help 🙏🏻

I took in my partners mountain bike in for a Hydraulic break service and gear adjust.
One of the guys turned around to me and said my brakes were unserviceable and then tried to charge me £100 for a new set of brakes when new break set wasn’t needed.
I then said I would take the bike to a different bike shop he then push the bike back to me and said take it there then.
This was disgusting behaviour he had no interest in trying to service the brakes he just wanted to make some money.

Great service from OTEC bikes! I was worried they might chuckle at my very bog standard but trusty Carerra bike but I couldn't have been more wrong, they have a genuine passion for cycling. I work for Team GB and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any athletes in the area to head to OTEC bikes for help. Oh, and the location of the shop is pretty special too!

Owned by a professional bike mechanic (as in, gets taken along as a mechanic by professional mountain bike teams). There's nothing OTEC can't fix or help you with if it involves bikes! They do great custom builds, as well.

Top marks for Lee & the team at OTEC bikes who helped my wife & I source an e-bike he doesn't normally hold in stock. No fuss or stress just excellent professional & friendly service. I'd recommend OTEC highly.

Great shop and great service. Bikes are very high quality, and they are all fantastically-maintained. Service is very friendly, and the guys in the shop were able to provide me with numerous tips for how to best navigate the area with a family. Prices are very fair, especially considering the high quality of the bikes. Riding in the area is very good for England, and it's quickly accessible from the location of the shop. I would strongly recommend Otec!
