Demoed a few santa cruz bikes here. Was great to be able to try different ones on the same trails. Staff were very helpful with advice on the bikes and also which trails to ride to get a mix of conditions.

Incredibly helpful people, they are really there for the love of the sport. my bike had some technical issues and they offered to help me and didn’t even charge me for the 10 minutes of their time and showing me how to approach the problem next time! Really grateful guys, made my day.

Damaged my tubeless tyre whilst out riding at Pitch. Took my bike into PedalAndSpoke and they fixed it for me then and there at a very reasonable price. Lovely guys to talk to! Very friendly! A great place! Thank you x

I had a problem with my seat post mid-ride and these guys sorted me out. Friendly service, they dropped their other tasks to help. Highly recommended.

Brilliant customer service: quick, communicative and fair. Found and fixed an obscure creak on my Bronson with minimal fuss and got me back riding ASAP. Will be buying from them from now on :)

These guys are incredible. I live miles away and work in the services so the guys were kind enough to honour blue light discount despite there being a world shortage of bikes. Brink was actually closer but when i gave them a ring they didn't want to know. Throughout they maintained contact despite me getting in touch at silly hours of the night. The whole sale was literally sealed via instagram messages. it just illustrates the extra mile and effort the guys go to for the customer. i had one problem with the dropper post and they kindly talked me through how to fix it and they even sent me out the tool free of charge. i would recommend these guys to anyone and i look forward to a continued strong relationship with the shop.

Absolutely mega service from Howard and his team! Allways happy to answer hundreds of questions and actually get you what you want. Will definetly be using the shop again

Jack very kindly replaced the dropper post cable on my bike, free of charge and with a smile. He even brought it back to me whilst I was taking coffee down the road. I was extremely pleased with him and the service, he saved a great afternoon’s riding. Very many thanks Jack!
