Spoke and Motor

Spoke and Motor is the place to go if you're interested in E-bikes. They are helpful and answer all your questions. We had a trial run with several bikes which was great. They also have a good stock of bikes so you don't have to wait for ages. We've just got back from our first trip and found the bikes better than expected. We would definitely recommend Spoke and Motors.

I purchased my first electric bike from Spoke and Motor two months ago. It is fantastic. And the service and advice from staff was excellent enabling me to make the most suitable choice of bike.

I absolutely love my new moustache samedi and I’m really glad I found Spoke and Motor in bury st Edmunds. They have a wide range in stock for people to try out and Craig encouraged me to try as many as I wanted. You can go on a proper test ride and I went at least 2 miles on each bike. There is no hard sell. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy a bike but after trying them I couldn’t help myself. I do a 30 mile round trip to work and it feels like nothing and I’m saving a fortune in petrol at the moment. It’s smooth as silk and as a bonus it seems to be great physio for my creaky old knees. If you’re thinking about a test ride I would say don’t hesitate. Best of all my new bike is great fun

Visited showroom and received excellent service from both Craig & Stuart. Able to test ride Moustache e-bike that I was interested in and had a 'Dropper post' added to the bike which I had purchased. The bike was delivered very quickly after this modification was done to my home address in London.

A great experience buying our bike, I originally tried these a month or so ago and wanted my wife to try one. We were allowed to try several and take them out for a test run.
These are well made, solid bikes but great fun to ride and I hope we’ll get many years enjoyment from it - and who knows I may be back for one for me! Team were extremely helpful and answered all our questions and home delivery was brilliant!

October update - two months later I’ve had to go back to Spoke and Motor and get my own eBike! My wife is enjoying hers so much and finding it very helpful in getting up the hills, the only problem was she was having to wait for me at the top - no more!
Went back and saw Craig and took a couple of bikes out to re-test, ended up buying one and delivery was very quick and a great handover from Stuart - thank you.
After sales service has been great and they are always just a call away. Well done to you for the service.

I've been thinking of an E bike for awhile now & initially unsure about getting a Moustache as I hadn't heard of them. However on further investigation I found they have a very good reputation for E bikes. I'd popped into Spoke & Motor several times and they were always friendly as well as no pressure. This is great when you're undecided so finally I decided to purchase a bike. They were very patient and answered all my many questions.
The delivery experience was just as good & helpful filling me with confidence if I have a future problem. As for the bike, I got a 27.5 which is proving brilliant for my 11 commute along country lanes. The front light is broad enough & the information screen clear. I also brought the additional AXA chain for the wheel lock and it is worth getting easily locking two bikes at once to something secure.

I can't fault Spoke and Motor at all, customer service is perfect in every way! Craig was always there to answer any questions we had! Picked up my new Moustache today and did a nice 20 mile ride!! Would recommended Spoke and Motor to anyone! Thank you :)
