What can I say other than outstanding! I emailed Bobby to inquire about a wheel build and was promptly sent a quote as well as different options for wheel depth. Once we agreed on components the build took just over a week to complete. The quality and attention to detail on the wheels are second to none. They're comfortable, sturdy, and deadly silent and really tied my whole bike build together finally. They were very up front about pricing for all the extras I needed (valves, tyre fitting etc) and it was all extremely reasonable.

Definitely check these guys out for any wheel building needs or mechanic needs. Outstanding service, i will definitely be back sooner than later.

Fantastic service. They trued a couple of wheels for me last year that I'd laced myself but didn't have the tools (or knowledge) to finish. 18 months on and a few thousand miles and they are still perfect! Nice guys who know what they're doing and charge sensible prices. Will be my LBS from now on.

Honestly one of the best bike shops I’ve been in a long time! Back wheel was like a Pringle, half expected to be forking out for a new one and the team did an incredible job on the hub and spokes, now it’s like brand new! Also I had managed to assemble my bike with multiple mistakes which they noticed and fixed as well, couldn’t recommend the shop enough!

Great bike shop, probably the best in London. Have sorted any issues I had with my bikes quickly and at a fair cost, always with good communication. I also got my Bullitt cargo bike from here and they were very helpful with the spec and sorted the delivery much faster than anyone else could. Nothing bad to say!

Effortlessly the best bike shop in a field of quite a few reasonable ones. Very highly recommended. Not particularly local to me, but really worth the trip. Fantastic service, correcting things I'd grossly bungled, done while I waited. Highly skilled, for instance they're happy to build a wheel from scratch. Not expensive.

I've been cycling daily in London for 30 years and have had a fair few frustrations with incompetent bike mechanics and poor advice in that time. I was recommended this shop by my previous go to place (East Central in Exmouth Market) after they sadly closed. I haven't been disappointed. Expertly rebuilt a rim, that my local shop denied over tightening and advised me to bin, and then did an excellent full hydraulic disc brake service at reasonable cost. In short: knowledgeable and professional. I travel from SE London to go here!
