I just bought a new bike from Evans in Leicester. The customer service was above and beyond what I ever expected from a shop, I would honestly say it’s the best experience I’ve had working with any business. My needs were met time and again and nothing was too much trouble. Without a doubt I will be using Evans for all my cycling gear in the future. The general manager, Alex, was a big help and a credit to the company.

Popped in yesterday for just a bike bell, but really impressed with the store (first time visit). Really good, knowledgeable staff and an amazing range of bikes - nice to see a good selection of Treks. My fave!

Great service today at Evans Cycles Leicester. Fow (don’t know if that’s the correct name) helped me with my bike seat today. He made me feel very relaxed and also offered professional advice. I was very impressed.

The best bike shop i have been to in Leicester, the Team are really helpful and you get valuable advice based on your needs. In addition very fast service m. Mr Antony the assistant manager solved the issue in minutes. Thanks Evans Cycles.

Great service, and punctual delivery every time. Friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. Lewis did a great job with my BMX chain patiently helping me find the perfect length. Scott built my last custom BMX wheel perfectly. And the warm welcome from Helder creates a friendly atmosphere in the shop.

After buying scooter from them i had to change it to new ones and they recommended us to buy a new expensive one. After buying it, it had many problems the battery is almost damaged. After going to the shop and asking refund the manager behaved so rude and told us to mail them. After e mailing the company they dont reply anymore. 349pounds wasted. They are scammers.

During a shopping trip in the city centre the tire on our baby pram popped out. We were with a baby and a toddler so this was very stressful. We went down to evans to see if anything could be done to repair the problem. The 2 lads who were working there were absolutely fantastic. They were very friendly and informative. Even though they don't deal with prams, one of the lads repaired our pram tire. Absolute legends. I can't remember their names but both lads were great. 10/10 on customer service. Once again thank you lads.

Super happy with the service we recieved today. Called beforehand to check stock etc. Spoke to Tom who was really friendly from start to finish, he managed to check all possible stock, advise us and clearly explain the difference between each bike. The intention was to spent around £300 per bike, we bought 2 plus helmets and spending £400 more than we intended to, this was down to the level of Information provided to us, Tom was super helpful and would highly reccomend being served by him.

All the staff are great when visiting the branch, unfortunately there was a long wait to be served due to the shortage of staff, however it's much better service and range than other retailers within Leicester.
