Rye Bay E-bikes

The most fantastic day out, a lot of fun.
Brilliant activity for parents with teenagers.
Martin and Wendy were so helpful and the bikes were amazing.
The countryside, windmills, lambs, coast, Winchelsea all wonderful.
We will do it again very soon.

Chatted to Wendy first on the phone and thought she was very friendly and helpful. Then met Martin who was also very friendly and helpful. The ebike was great and so much fun. In summary great service and product. Highly recommend.

Saved my day. Bank holiday and I travelled to Rye and managed to get a puncture on the train. The whole team worked to get my wheel mended and to get my front brakes working. At the same time they helped a lady who came in with 2 infants and a buggy with a puncture and managed the flow of customers coming into pick up ebikes for the day.
As if that was not enough I got great advice on routes to take and was able to catch up with the others and enjoy a magnificent day.
Incredibly friendly place. It was a pleasure to meet the team.

We rented two bikes with kids seats and helmets, I would definitely recommend the experience. Martin was very helpful, got us everything we needed and gave us plenty of tips on where to go. The Rye Harbour Nature Reserve is a beautiful place to go and very bike friendly.

Ant was amazing yesterday. Let us change to e-bikes after advise from host and him that it would be helpful and thankful we did.

First time on an e-bike and loved it as you still have to pedal but get the added boost when you are exhausted and can explore more places faster. We went to Rye Harbour, Rye nature reserve and Winchelsea. Ant supplied a helpful map also.

Excellent day out with Rye Bay ebikes. Martin and Henry couldn’t do enough to help, e.g drawing a customised map based on what we wanted to do and were extremely welcoming. Bikes were in great condition and the area has tonnes to see and do. Thanks.

Was a wonderful experience and the lady was extremely accommodating to us and our requirements. Strongly recommend to anyone interested in riding and the whole experience was much loved by both of us

Needed a new bell and to pump my tyres. Phoned ahead because I'd popped into another bike hire shop at the harbour who couldn't help. Martin was very friendly on the phone and the service I received was excellent. Gave me tips on cycle routes around the area and marked them on a map for me. Pumped my tyres and one of his staff changed my bell for me. Totally recommend this shop. The area is great for cycling round so hire your bike from here!
