In all honesty, I can't speak highly enough of Swish Cycles.
Paul's passion, attention to detail and workmanship is second to none.
He's guided me through 2 bike overhauls now and each time my jaw has dropped to the floor upon collection day - both bikes have ridden beautifully and looked spectacular.
I'm also extremely impressed with Paul's product knowledge and somewhat relieved that there is someone else out there obsessing over bikes as I do!

Swish Cycles comes highly recommended to all levels of rider and as a bonus, it's a lovely, family-run, local business that has become a treasured part of Horsell's community.

Being a new bike owner (the BMX I had as a child is a distant memory) Paul has been very supportive and responsive when I have issues and questions. The service has been brilliant and I have no qualms recommending Swish Cycles.

Amazing service. I urgently needed help to make sure my son was safe later that night. Paul not only took the time to explain the lights (which are literally brilliant) but also fitted them for me and quickly responded to a desperate call asking for advice later that day. You can't put a price on safety and peace of mind and Paul went above and beyond. Quality products and quality service.

SwishCycles is slightly unusual in that it is not in a town centre. Instead, Paul the owner, operates his own business on the driveway of his house. And because this is a small independent business, you get to meet and talk with the owner and engineer at the same time. That's Paul.
If you're a bike fanatic and you want to discuss bike specifications and configurations, Paul's your man. I'm not a fanatic but I do like to learn and Paul wasn't shy helping me understand the good, the bad and ugly about my road bike. He listened to my riding patterns, how I use the gears, my observations of the bike, and he then discussed and showed me how things could be better.
Was he "selling" to me? No... I don't think so. Along with a full service that had the bike stripped down to the frame, he cleaned it up and then put it together with a new gear configuration. When I took it out yesterday for the first time, not only did the bike look new, but it performed far better than the day I first picked it up from Evans.
If you're in need of a bike service or tuning, Paul... is your man. Highly recommended.

When it comes to bikes Paul at Swish is a complete genius, he completely renovated my old Trek bike that my son used to ride to collagen. I wanted to make sure it was safe and roadworthy. Paul surpassed all expectations and the bike rides like new. Couldn’t recommend more! Thanks Paul.

Paul transformed my 30 year old bike into something that is a joy to ride. He sent me pics of the work as it was carried out and discussed everything with me so I knew exactly what I was going to pay for. Couldn’t ask for better service from someone who really knows and loves his job.

I had a puncture on the road and appreciated being able to call the Swish Cycles freephone number to check if it could be fixed straightaway. It could and was! Following Paul's advice we replaced the tyre as well as the inner tube. Paul is passionate about his craft and happy to explain what is wrong and how to fix it. Great local and friendly service; highly recommended.
