The worst ever I’ve ever got ,
He gave warranty of 18 months but in 1st day cycle doesn’t work .
If u go with any problems he’ll give u an ugly look and take ages to fix .
And sometimes he threatens like saying “WHAT U CAN DO” !!
Even he can’t manage a charger in one year.

Wouldn't advise purchasing unless you know your stuff about electric bikes therefore are able to question and challenge where necessary. In my experience I initially didn't know much but learnt quickly and as I learnt I realised the low standard of the customer service received. There was some clear issues with the bike which simply wasn't acknowledged and dismissed as 'this is how electric bike power runs with the regulations' when clearly the motor assist wasn't going at the speed it should. I managed to replace the necessary parts and the bike works better now. However from saying you can call us anytime for any issue to then blocking my number the next day was pretty low. The quality of the bikes are decent so again if you know your stuff about bikes you might be alright, if you don't take somebody you know who does! The aftercare service is where it all starts to go downhill in terms of customer service.

2 stars for encouragement...Did you ever heared of grease? Use it on your bikes,because i repaired one bike of yours and I didn't find any grease.I'm prety disapointed.

niente da dire sulla bici pieghevole acquistata: buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Per quanto riguarda il venditore invece pessima esperienza: nella migliore delle ipotesi non ha idea di cosa stia vendendo in quanto non è in grado di fornire informazioni semplicissime come la larghezza dei cerchi. L’impressione è quella di avere a che fare con una persona scocciata e scortese che non voglia rispondere; insomma non ricomprerei mai da loro perché l’assistenza post vendita è importante quanto la vendita!!!

Bought my single gear one year ago and used it a lot (~1.500 miles). It is still in a very good condition. I just changed the break pads few months back. Very good value (paid £169,00).
