College Cycles

I cycled to Crosby from Liverpool for the day but my bike is second hand and this was my first long journey on it. The bike seat was really uncomfortable and I hated the pedal straps. I rang this shop and they said they could likely fit me in. 10 minutes later and they immediately noticed the bike seat was on wrong and removed the pedal straps for me! They offered to only charge me £3 for their time and I increased it to £5 as I was so grateful to have it done! Great service and lovely people.

Bought a bike second hand from elsewhere but College Cycles kindly checked it all over to ensure safe for the road. Sorted out an issue with the chain and affixed my basket securely. Peace of mind for a small charge. Great selection of bikes and accessories all served with a friendly smile. Thanks to Alex and Tom for their help and guidance.

Absolutely amazing staff. They helped massively when I kept running into problems doing a major service on my hubs. 4 visits and a phone call later

The customer service is really something else it's next level the staff in there are knowledgeable about cycling approachable too I took my bicycle in there to get spares and the gentleman in there really did a good job changed my handlebars with grips plus a seat and fitted a mudguard for me I'd have to say good value for money 💰 wood I recommend this place absolutely there's none of this alright pal business! It's helpful and understanding in there if your looking for advice help or services that's the place

I would like to say a big thank you to Mike and co for helping 3 YP with their travel to college. I work for an organisation with YP who have no funds for anything at all. Mike worked on fixing 3 bikes up so that 3 YP could get to go to college and keep fit at the same time. It’s true what they say, when one place says no, there is always one that will say yes and that was Mike.

The staff in College cycles are second to none. Gave my bike a once-over and fixed my brakes in an afternoon, can't get better service than that! The shop was fairly busy too so obviously the locals know the best people to turn to.
