Can’t thank Chris and the team enough for their help with my bike! I don’t live near Harlow, but they were so helpful over email and phone as the bike I wanted was sold out everywhere else. Went above and beyond to advise on accessories and set up. Thank you again, I love the bike so much!

Took my one month old bike in today to be fixed because the gears weren't set by the company I purchased it from correctly.
Explained my situation and the boys had an excellent turn around time.
Highly knowledgeable and explained the causes and certain things to keep on top of regarding maintenance.
This will be my permanent repair and sales shop for bikes from now on.
Would definitely recommend.

I picked up my new propel today from the east wick shop.
I have been waiting a while for my bike to arrive, but wow it’s worth the wait.
Chris and his team seat my bike up for me, it fits like a glove. I really am so pleased.
Great bike great shop I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Couldn’t fault the service from this bike shop. I have bought two bikes from this shop, Giant Revolt and Livi. I had issue with one bike but that was covered under Giant warranty scheme, so I managed to get a new frame. The shop rebuilt the bike from the materials from the old frame and results are brilliant, love my new bike.

I did have to wait a while for a new frame but if anyone does there research they would know getting hold of any bike parts at the moment is very difficult so I knew it would take a couple of months. Be patient

My husband took his bike wheel for a puncture repair on Sunday, told it would be ready on Tuesday. It got to Friday and we hadn't been contacted, turned out they were waiting for a repair part, in the end it couldn't be repaired so we purchased a new tyre. I asked if they wouldn't mind fitting it, at first I was told I would have to wait another day, but they then agreed to do it. What I wasn't told was I was going to be charged £12 for the privilege! If I'd known this I wouldn't of had it done.

Popped in to the shop today with an issue with my bike chain rubbing on the front derailleur. The service team couldn't of been more helpful and they got my bike changing gears like a dream within such a short amount of time.
