Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you to the team, especially Oscar who made the part-ex of my bikes & the purchase of a brand new one a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Just been out on the new bike and I love it! 🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️ Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very helpful on several occasions! Needed inner tube and spoke straightened on front wheel! Second hand derailer on previous bike! Frayed balance cable(easy fix from old brake cable!) saved money when on a tight budget!

My sons bike had the front wheel bearing assembly collapse, these guys quoted a price which was half the price of a well known national company, let's call them Hullfords. The parts were ordered, fitted and ready within a week. 5 star service, great price, top mechanics.

This place obviously doesn't spend any time making sure its second-hand bikes are in decent shape. Not looking for the world but I prefer to know that a bike I buy will at least run decently for a while. The bike we ended up buying had multiple issues. The brakes were not set right, the gears were indexed incorrectly, one of the brake levers was barely hanging on due to an incorrectly sized nut and the bottom gear cable guide had already fallen to pieces.

On top of all that we bought a kick-stand and baby seat for the bike and had them fit it. Got home to find that the baby seat was installed incorrectly making the bike almost unrideable and the kickstand was loose. When I came to tighten the kickstand it was clear they hadn't used the correct tool to do it because the thread on the bolt was practically shredded.

I'm sure if you buy brand new off the shelf stuff this place is fine but I wouldn't trust them to actually do any work on your bike.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience here. Had them build three complicated wheels, they shouldn't have accepted the job. The spokes weren't tensionned properly, the job took 3 weeks instead of the 5 days they said. They lost 2 of the spokes for a 4th wheel, so now I need to special order in more of these off size spokes.

Took my bike in for a service due to the brakes and gears not working the best. After a quick turn around my bike is back to working perfectly. If you need any working doing on your bike, I can't reccomend these guys enough.
