Jacob and his staff are trustworthy, friendly and have a wealth of knowledge for the ever growing electric bike industry.
I bought my bike from eCycle UK back in Feb 2015 and loving it.
If you are tempted, take one out for a test ride they are always happy to help and choose the right bike for you.

I highly recommend this place. I bought my bike there for a good price a couple of years ago and since then I've had efficient, reliable support from the guys who work there. When it turned out that my bike was going to need a new part that could take several weeks to arrive, the shop immediately offered to lend me another electric bike so that I could keep commuting to work. The staff kept me up to date with the repair and gave me a good estimate for the timescale and price.

I can thoroughly recommend this shop. Clearly there are some marginally cheaper deals online but these are a false economy. I trialled a couple of bikes....talked endlessly about all the options. The guys here are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt at ease with my final choice of bike. I'm confident that any slight niggles or questions I have with the bike, are resolved in the same friendly and professional manner. You'll never get that online!

If only all retail experiences were as good, great advice, fantastic selection of bikes. In fact so good went back a week later and bought another. Highly recommend as your 1st choice to go for if looking for an electric bike and support the local economy rather than a faceless ecommerce site.

Dexter and his colleague at the Stroud shop, went over and above what normally might be expected to help us last Saturday, when we had disc brake issues. Here are guys that have a huge amount of experience of bikes and bike mechanics. They are obviously passionate about cycling and this shines through in exemplary customer service. They got us back on the road again and enabled us to complete our tour of the Cotswolds. We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service, brilliant staff! Dom should be Bicycle Repair Man of the Year for going above and beyond what one would expect! This guy saved me so much trouble by correcting my bike problem on the eve of foul weather and a train strike. Thank you again Dom. Keep up the good work. Completely agree with other reviews- these guys know their stuff and go the extra mile to provide an excellent service. They managed to sort out a complex glitch with my e-bike and communication regarding progress was great- recommended.

Popped in the Stroud branch last Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon I was out riding my first e-bike. Really pleased with my purchase which has helped me very quickly fall in love with riding again ! The lads in the Stroud store are supper helpful and very knowledgeable. Very lucky to have a business like this on our doorstep in the hilliest town in the county !! 5 Star service
