Impeccable service and customer support. The team quite happily worked with me to find a suitable candidate mtb form my needs. I have the mtb had brilliant spec and Dennis and the team sorted and me a fantastic deal. I have full confidence in the team to work with anyone struggling to get the money together for a high spec bike. There premium is a range is supported by petit prices and high quality service with any bike. I highly recommend the team to anyone.

I saw some reviews seemed a bit negative but wanted to try local as they're only 15 minutes away from me. I found them to be friendly and they replaced my gear cable inners and block no problem. I've just cycled 15 miles in the rain for a test ride with no problems at all. No hint of rudeness in my dealings with them so maybe the negs are a one-off. Give them a go!

We called in to try and purchase a particular style / model of bike, knowing that during the pandemic, sourcing one might not be easy. Initially things looked promising, and we were told we would receive a phone call later that day.
We didn't get a phone call as promised, so I rang again and was told "we're dealing with it now, and we'll ring you later today" Again, we received no phone call, and haven't heard from them since.
Disappointed with the poor customer service.

I always like to support local so popped my road bike in for a service. Also looked for a couple bikes for Christmas for my 2 children. I was quoted £45 on a service which was fine and they would call me if it needed any work done and I would collect in a week as I was going away for a week. I called the day I got back, and they were only just starting on my bike, no problem they said they would call when done this was a Tuesday… no call later that day, no call weds, no call Thursday.. so I call on Friday as really wanted to cycle over weekend and it’s been done. I am thinking the lack of customer service is concerning and when I leave the bike a week for a service it’s acceptable for me to expect it to be done. I then arrive to collect and the bill is £82!!!!! Nobody explained what’s been done so I asked and was told the service was £80, nothing needed doing but they charged me £2 for some lube which wasn’t part of the £80 service! I was told it was £80 as they decided to give me the £80 service silver service and not the £45 one. The price is one thing I don’t begrudge that if it’s the going rate which it isn’t but I do expect customer service as a minimum. Won’t be back.

I wouldn't rate these at all, had our bike for weeks, was initially told they knew the problem, turned out they couldn't find a fault but but bike still not fixed, gave us a hefty £200 bill and bike unusable, they said they tried everything but we took elsewhere and problem picked up right away, they seemed knowledgeable but in reality they were novices, they even cut the brake cables, but beware you still have a large bill even if they don't fix, we got impression they wanted us to buy one if their own bikes and trade ours in. We couldn't understand why they had the bike for nearly 3 months and never kept us informed of what was going on
