Beyond Bikes

Just got my bike back yesterday from Beyond Bikes after it’s feel like new service.
To say I’m impressed isn’t enough, the bike has come back absolutely like new.
I don’t generally leave reviews unless the level of service I received has been 1st rate.
I did ask for many extra items to be replaced as I love my Levo and have not really done anything to it since I purchased it in 2018.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and were able to take my bike in in the spot to solve an issue for me. I liked the range of Trek bikes in the shop, and the owner was very knowledgable and helpful. It's also nice that there's a decent coffee shop in the courtyard area which I made use of while waiting for my bike.

Nick and his talented team at Beyond Bikes provide a first-class service. The comprehensive handover of our new bikes and thorough service visits since have further demonstrated their commitment to the customer. Recommend highly.
