Very professional and very informative. I took my bike in for a service after 6 months use and the gears wouldn't work properly and the brakes squeaked, Graham Cycles sorted all the problems and gave me some good advise for oiling and maintaining my bike.

You you in another 6 months for a service!

Excellent service. Just returned to cycling after a 16 year break. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff guided me through the latest options available and choose the most suitable bike for my needs at a sensible price.

Great service, took the time to explain the various options available and we were not disappointed with the 2 childrens bikes we ordered. Will be back to buy more bikes in the future.

Very disappointed with the level of service I received from Cycling 2000.
I dropped my bike off on the 28th August, had to make numerous calls for weeks to find out what was going with my bike. I was told they were struggling with their suppliers for replacement parts.
After 26 days of waiting I was told they had done no work on my bike as they still could not source a bearing for the frame. By this time, I had had enough, called another bike shop who told me it was a standard bearing and agreed to do the work immediately. Frustrating experience and poor customer communication. Would not recommend for electric bikes.

I've been dealing with Dave and the team at C2K for a few years now. He has kept my Cannondale Evo Super Six bike in top class condition and supplied me with lots of equipment and clothing. Always a pleasure to visit the shop, very knowledgeable in all aspects of cycling. Supporting a local family business has never felt so good.

Not allowed in the shop even with a mask on despite wanting browse to buy a bike with cash there and then ..2 weeks later I knock at the door...wanting left crank arm replaced on me bike. I had the crank arm . Willing to pay the chap a Tena for 5 mins...No mate..we've gota spray your bike to uncontaminate it then book it in..for a time to be DONE..
Note: upon arrival looking through the shop window he was leaning on his counter twiddling his thumbs...I walked of with me bike..in disbelief..He said...I take that as a NO then ..You couldn't make this up .
So to summarize..he's lost the sale of a bike, 10 pounds for 5 mins work...and any future trade I would have given him ...

Can't recommend them enough after my first experience. Friendly and knowledgeable advice from Rich, good communication, flexible with timings, reasonably priced and most importantly a quick and effective repair to get me back on the road 👍🚲
