I haven't actually bought anything from here (yet) but this guy really does want to help you. He went out of his way to help me return a bike thats been purchased elsewhere and that says a lot for the kind of service you'd receive if you bought from here! I certainly will be doing from now on!

Visited a few times last time I purchased a bike a tifosi ck7 great bike very helpful getting bike down to compare with another one all set up same day will defo use again shop full of quality cycling gear must visit for any cyclist

I hadn't installed my cassette properly and it had come loose, stopped by and they sorted it no bother, meaning I could continue my lovely gravel ride.

I've been twice and been very impressed both times with the bike maintenance. The shop interior is very well laid out, and a pleasure to visit.

Very helpful indeed. More than helpful when I was chatting to him. Reasonably priced, which is odd for a place like Southwell.
More than willing to go again.
