Giant Store Twickenham

Looks really good I was pleasantly surprised to see that I can go inside and try on things like helmets and jackets. A lot of things are in stock so that's a plus it's also clean and organised I ordered service for bikes I got October which is some time away but that's all good cuz I'll wait for great quality service. I wanted only a brake bleed and tune up but then I was told that they will look over the full bike as standard. There are enough parking spots around and no one is being very annoying by telling me to use plastic gloves and a mask.

Just got my first Road Bike here, Dominic was very helpful and informative. Really enjoyed my experience and definitely recommend you stop by if you looking for a nice bike, they will really look after you :)

My wife and I came in knowing absolutely nothing (…about bikes!). We were after two bikes and some standard accessories that would necessitate the entire biking experience. Dominic and John were excellent. They listened to what we wanted (for once) and didn’t take us for a ride (pun intended). I came away with a simple bike (perfect for me) and my wife got one slightly better than mine (she’s always outdoing me, plus I was paying). The service was excellent, and both Dom and Jon were superb. Couldn’t fault them. In the end I couldn’t remember my PIN and my wife ended up paying. So a great day-out all round!! Cheers guys. Would definitely recommend!! (The shop!! Not my wife!!)

Fantastic customer service from day one and consistent every time I call or visit! I had called multiple times regarding tcr or defy and different models within my budget and I was given brilliant guidance every time. All my questions answered without feeling like I was wasting their time etc. Once I bought a giant tcr, after care has been great and I got a bike fit with Simon who was really helpful and took his time to teach me each point as well as long term goals.

I will continue to use this store for all my cycling needs despite being a good distance away from my home. Customer service is worth it. Keep this up!

Went for a bike fitting with Simon - excellent experience.
Friendly, thorough and informative; I came away with a much better understanding of my position on the bike along with the adjustments he'd made. Found the rest of the staff in the workshop and shop floor to be very friendly and helpful too.

Very disappointing service at the store. They didn't bleed and reset my brakes properly so I had to take it elsewhere to get it done to a proper standard.
Also, the chap at the front desk was very unhelpful and even though they said they would do me the small favour of pumping up my shock at the service, he made a big deal about it when I asked him to do it.
Seriously the shop front staff need some customer service training. I am a polite and reasonable customer and there was no reason to treat me that way.
This experience has put me off Giant and I'm moving to another brand for my mountain bikes.

Really pleased with my bike fit with Simon from Cadence. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining each step as we went along. My bike feels amazing to ride now, no more sore back or bum and I've found I can ride for longer. Really can't recommend it enough - very reasonably priced as well and the staff inside the store were also really friendly.

Had a brilliant experience getting a new Giant TCR road bike at this store. Jon spent lots of time walking me through all the bikes and offering loads of suggestions. My bike fitting was also excellent and I would highly recommend booking a session with Simon who carefully went through every conceivable element of the fitting with some cool sensor tech to fit it perfectly! Really pleased.
