On your bike

Broke a spoke on my rear wheel whilst completing the CarTen 100. Official ride mechanics did not bring any spare spokes.
On your bike was able to come to me with a replacement spoke and get me back on the road to complete the ride.

Absolutely fantastic. I was 3 days in to a cycle tour from Bristol and my wheel had buckled so I had to release my back brake. Called halfords to see if they could fit me in but they were backed up for weeks. Even though 'on your bike' were busy, they not only managed to fit me in but found an old wheel in their shop and fitted it, all with a smile and only charged me for labour. Whilst I was waiting I also got to play with their adorable dog, and they gave me local knowledge on where we camp. Proper good people who want to give you the best service. Definitely would recommend, even if just to play with their dog.

Took my E-bike tyre into to have a puncture repaired yesterday and the service was excellent will definitely be going back there from now on

I had a problem with the gears on my road bike so I took it to On Your Bike and managed to get it fixed and running smoothly again. They've done a great job, and were very friendly people. Would highly recommend!

Cheap but had to take bike to Halfords to correct gears
After on your bike put new selector on cheap parts used slow service toke 4 weeks to fix bike nice people but not for me

Reply. I phoned you to say the gear selector was poor quality you told me it's the best you can do I spent £100 with you full service new tyres etc all poor quality had to spend £60 on Halfords correcting

I have the Halfords report if you want to see it but I still don't have you're receipt
4 weeks before you started bike 2 more for you to fix it sort of

Fantastic couple, very helpful & explains in detail faults with bike.Would highly recommended if you need anything done on your bike this is the place to go.Also very competitive price,I’ll be going back if anything needed doing on our bikes.Also two lovely dogs I met in shop.

I thought I needed a new chain & freewheel,after it was checked over I was relieved to hear it just needed some TLC and proper lubricating.Good honest people as they could of sold me products I didn't really need.I will definitely go to "on your bike" in the future 🚴🏼‍♂️
