Phenomenal bikes, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5 Stars aren’t enough. I had my bike delivered to me and Matthew made sure I was happy and he did all the fine adjustments to suit my riding position.The shop is wonderful, they stock everything to do with bikes. It’s a one stop shop for all your biking needs. I met Enfys, Keiron, Henry and Sam and all of them were really friendly helping me with all the information and parts and gave me proper advice on my queries.You don’t get this kind of help at many shops.They gave me 10% back on the value of my bike to spend in store.Gareth,the owner was very helpful and I told him what a wonderful team he had there. The thing I loved the most was that everybody was just out there to help with no attitude and just doing their best to ensure that their customers were happy. I had a really great experience from the time I bought my bike until now and I’m sure they will look after all their customers just as well. This is the place you need to go If you want a great bike and great after sales service. They are also in the process of opening another shop near Colwyn bay. Thank you so much for helping me. I had an urgent wheel fault which the bike tech went out of his way to help with even though he was busy. The sales staff then helped source a replacement wheel at a good price as a longer term solution too. Many thanks 👍👍👍

Highly recommended. I bought a great ebike, an Acid Cube here. Great service, really well-informed, helpful and friendly. The company offered to provide a couple of free services for the bike. It's such a great service that I keep coming back.

I can highly recommend Evolution Bikes! I got my bike’s breaks fixed here recently and I’m very pleased with the work and service. Sam and Enfys were absolute legends- very approachable, experienced, efficient and going the extra mile to help! All of that for competitive price. Will definitely return in the future for anything bike related.

I purchased a bontrager Ion RT handlebar mount from Evolution Bikes and I can honestly say that the communication and service was second to none. The actual mount was of excellent quality. I've got a few of these mounts - third party manufactured - but this one is of much better quality and wasn't expensive. Excellent! 5- star service!!!
