Life on Wheels - Electric bike Sales

Fabulous range of E bikes and we specifically wanted fold up ones. We originally visited in January and Pav was so helpful and knowledgeable. He spent ages explaining all the features of the EoVolt. We came away and did some research, contemplating the investment we wanted to make. We looked around but nobody matched the quality of these bikes (in our price range) or the knowledge and ability to take time out to discuss. We went back this month and purchased. Mitch was equally helpful and engaging. We are so pleased with our bikes and the fact we know we can go back anytime for services and advice. Highly recommend you visit if you're looking for a retro or ebike.

We called in whilst on holiday, they spent time with us explaining the things to consider and benefits of various bikes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure and they clearly had a great passion for all things electric bike! Wouldn’t hesitate to make a purchase there, just a shame we live so far away, maybe next holiday… 😃

Visited shop today to get some idea about electric bikes. The guy was very helpful and very knowledgeable, going through our preferences and what might best suit us. Good range of e- bikes. Very glad I visited and many thanks for taking the time with us.

So I have now delt with these guys for last 12 years (jason mostly) with buying many different bikes for myself and my daughter, plus lots of parts upgrades goodies and clothing . Always there to help me, with a hell of a lot of knowledge and repair skill and give honest advice on some of my projects . All the team here are friendly- personal approach.

Really impressed with the team at Life on Wheels. Contacted them with a list as long as your arm of requirements for an ebike and they identified one that ticked all my boxes. Good price and really impressed with the service so far. Had my bike for a month and I love it.

After being let down for several months by another local bike shop, sent these guys an online form and had a response the next day! Visited the shop a couple days later and did a deal. Mitch and the team were super friendly, knowledgeable, and sorted exactly what I wanted! Picked them up today and took it for a spin. Over the moon with the service I’ve had!! Thank you!!!

As any regular or even casual cyclist will tell you, there is nothing more exhilarating in life than cycling around country lanes, coastal paths and thundering down a rocky mountain side. However, prior to the summer of 2020 I could barely walk and could only cycle a couple of miles before being in agony. At the age of only 48 and suffering from a severe condition involving a blocked aorta - I was finding it difficult to find both the mental and physical strength to maintain my health whilst waiting for a serious operation. An E-bike seemed to be the answer to help me with the hilly area where I live - but I needed help from someone who I could trust. I needed reliable advice and the knowledge to help me get onto the right bike for my needs. Someone local for continued guidance and support would also be an added bonus. That’s where Life on Wheels came in – a very apt name in my case. Mitch, who understood my needs, went the extra mile and gave me the additional time needed. I am very grateful to him as I certainly would not have got the extra help I needed from bigger cycling companies. After almost 8 months, I have now had my operation but my Cube emtb continues to help me through my recovery progress and I am now achieving over 20 mile bike rides to the Clwydian Range from my home in Holywell. The team is incredible and Jason, an experienced Mountain Biker, gives you the confidence you are receiving the right advice and service for upgrading my bike. Life on wheels was recommended to me by a friend. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and bikes they sell. They have a good range of bicycles and e bikes in stock as well as accessories such as helmets and locks. Mitch is enthusiastic about the bikes he sells and believes in good quality and good service as do the rest of the team there. I've found a gem of a shop and I hope to be a repeat customer for a very long time to come.
