Thank you very much KK Cycles for sorting my bike today...walked in off the street because I was having chain issues and within 1.5hrs it was fixed...all ready for the Ffestiniog 360 tomorrow and tested it this afternoon up Stwlan Dam.

When trying out my bike after a 16h car journey, the gearing turned out to be broken. Walked in here the day after hoping to get it fixed before a big ride on Saturday. Picked up the bike, all ready, not even two hours later and it works amazingly again. Can't recommend enough.

Putting the bike on the rack before heading off for a week on the Lyn peninsula and realised my rear brake had seized. A quick google search and you find these heroes who managed to fit me in and fix the bike up, I can not recommend highly enough!

Lovely young man had the slashed (by a stone) rear tyre and inner tube replaced in a few hours for a reasonable charge. He even offered to help put my bicycle on my bike rack.

Needed a knew crankset whilst on holiday. KK cycle ordered parts and repaired my bike within 24 hours, can't praise them enough

Needed an emergency repair/ replacement for a snapped gear cable. Even though these guys were busy, they fitted me in fixed it (plus a few other issues I hadn't spotted), and got me on the road again within an hour or so. Awesome service, very reasonable price, very highly recommended.

Got a flat nearby whilst racing a triathlon and my tool case had fallen out. The mechanic quickly changed my tube and checked the tyre. He got me back on the road and allowed me to pay over the phone later that day.

Really impressive service and overhaul of our two road bikes. Excellent value too. Won’t go anywhere else now highly recommended.
