Our first use of this kind of service and we won't hesitate to return. This time they built our new bikes - quick and more affordable than national stores. Service levels are very high. They made a Pedals customer out of me!

Superb service and expertise! Rob services bikes for pro riders right through to recovering that find in the shed for a once in a blue moon rider! All with the same care and attention. After undertaking all sorts of fixes for me, I can highly recommend Rob’s services. It’s a pleasure to go to someone with a good personal service and there isn’t a local shop that will spend the same time and info with you anywhere. (He sells parts too - so think twice before visiting Chain Reaction and Wiggle and pop in).

Took my bike into Rob following a deraileur snapping off during a ride.

Was expecting a huge bill to be honest but he managed to repair it along with a dropper post issue in no time at all at an unbelievely low price.

You cannot put a price on having a reliable and honest mechanic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
