Excellent bike shop and after sales service. I recently bought an electric bike, but soon realised that it did not meet my purposes. They exchanged the bike without any quibble and helped me choose a more suitable one. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, in particular Zac, who is a very polite and patient young man.

I can highly recommend this shop, especially if you are looking for a quality, electric bike.

Excellent new bicycle shop in Aberystwyth. Stocking a budget range of basic cycling equipment -lights, bottles, pumps and inner tubes etc as well as better stuff like Proviz clothing. Also can provide repair service. Good to see an alnerative supplier in Aber.

My daughter and I were on a long-distance ride through Wales when my brakes failed - Afan Outdoor Leisure came to our rescue and saved the day! Fantastic friendly service - would highly recommend.

Always found them to be friendly, approachable and not patronising. This is something I value as a leisure female cyclist (too many bike shops aren't interested in catering to the non-sports/racing market). I've had two electric bikes from them and I have been really pleased with both. Good range of e-bike accessories too. Very much worth a visit.

Visted for the start & finish of Andy’s 200km Cambrian Reservoirs Audax. The shop is a fabulous treasure trove for cyclists, leaves you drooling over new bikes of various modes, kit and multitude of accessories. Cycling heaven and perfect base to start a long ride in the amazing hills and countryside. 👌🏻

Great in-person service for cyclists of all flavours

Extremely grateful to the kind gentleman from the store who offered to look at my bike as we were passing. Despite it being after closing time he took time to confirm the bike had issues with break pads and even tried to fit some...unfortunately not the right pads.
