Great car shopping experience.

Had some nice car related chats with guys working there, they all seemed to be a genuine car enthusiasts not just typical robotic car salesman.

Initially went to test drive 2 series gran coupe as was looking to get one for wife. Didn't like it and then was planning on getting 1 series as it was our second choice.

Ended up buying 3 series, 320i M-Sport to be precise as they had one on site, cancelled order and due to the fact they went extra mile to get our business we went for a much bigger, better (and more expensive)car the was planning to.

Unfortunately had to deduct 1 star as whoever prepared our car did not activate Sat Nav, maps, GPS etc. Was told they gonna send us and USB stick with necessary patch, after week and half still waiting. Hoping will be sorted soon as I don't want this to over shadow what was otherwise perfect car shopping experience.

Lovely staff, made to feel welcome with free tea and coffee. Work done on the car was a bit on the expensive side but its a dealer so there you go

An absolutely amazing buying experience of an approved used BMW M2 from BMW Listers of Boston. Adam Lester was great before, during and after buying the car. Such a relaxed way of purchasing a dream motor. You can see the passion from Adam in chasing down the best deal possible. Plus he's always there to answer my multiple email queries and phone calls.
