I gave five stars because that is what the staff at Blackheath deserves. What extraordinary customer service from Chris, Paul, Hayley and Lewis. They pay attention to detail and focus on what the customer needs. We are happy with our 5 series and would happily recommend the service again and again. Please keep up the excellent work.

After being messed around by Cazoo we decided to have a look at our local BMW Used Approved dealer. We found the perfect X3 and on the same day popped down for a test drive. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made the whole process of buying our car an absolute pleasure. I would definitely recommend SJBMW Blackheath.

What more can be said about the team at Stephen James blackheath? Chris warmly greeted us on our first visit at the beginning of December. Working closely with the whole team Paul, Chris, Hayley, Dean and last but not least Lewis, We were driving away our new car just 1 week later. There were a couple of things required on the car and with their efficiency, care and expertise all was sorted in such a short time, we cannot thank you enough for looking after us.
