Berry Heathrow is Amazing BMW dealership, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming! We were very much impressed with the level of professionalism and service there. We had a pleasure dealing with Gary Superstar James! He's simply the best! He treats customers in respectful manner, knowledgeable and polite, always there to help, and has a fun and happy personality! Buying a car was a breeze, always feeling that they are there to help and support you as a valuable customer! Highly recommend Berry Heathrow, and Gary Superstar in particular (you can see his happy face on my photos)!! Thank you and it's a joy dealing with you!

P.S. In the photos below check the last photo - it's taken in 2018 when I visited Bucharest, and first saw my car which I found in Berry Heathrow! :)) It's not just a synchronicity, it's a Synchro-destiny in action - not less!

I cannot recommend the service department enough and more specifically DARREN PRICE who works there.

I needed my 3 series booked in at short notice and with little hesitation and fuss Darren arranged this to be done within two days. He communicated excellently throughout my journey and kept me informed throughout.

Darren ensured I was looked after during my stay and even arranged someone to show me some new cars and arrange two test drives the same day!

If you want the best in service, look no further than DARREN PRICE at Berry Heathrow BMW!

The best experience I have had with my BMW.

Been coming to Berry Heathrow for 2 years now, mainly for servicing for my BMW and have updated my review from 4 stars to 5 stars as each visit has been exceptional and better than the last. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to have their BMW or Mini serviced.

Recently brought my car in for a health/diagnostics check regarding the clutch. Overall, the staff & service have been excellent. Dropped my car in a bit late so it was kept overnight at the dealership, however the diagnostics check was completed on the same day and I came in the next day to collect the car and talk / have a test drive with the technician (Errol) that worked on it. I discussed what my concern was regarding the clutch but Errol thoroughly explained the results of the diagnostics check and answered all the questions I had for him, thankfully the car is mechanically sound and there was no issue with the clutch/flywheel.
The car had also received a complementary wash which was great. Many thanks to Errol & the servicing team.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Had the front brake discs and brake pads replaced a few weeks ago. Drop-off and pick-up was quick, service was excellent and the price was fair. Car washes are usually offered with a service but due to Covid restrictions it was unavailable. Overall though, I was very satisfied with the service, many thanks.

Genuine happy with their customer service and competitive pricing. Been a customer to BMW for quite sometime, and can tell they have always assisted me, with all that needed to be done and beyond.

Also would recommend Darren Price, as a service advisor, he will always go the extra mile just to get all in order.

Excellent level of service. Gavin was well-versed in all respects and a pleasure to deal with. Berry have been looking after my 5 series for 8 years now and their performance and care have always been faultless.

I have just today placed my order with BMW Berry and the customer service provided was excellent. I have been dealing with Warren Cathcart and nothing was too much for him to help me. I have been to various car dealerships but BMW Berry have been a class above. Any questions I had before hand Warren answered them all and went out of his way. This is the first time I have bought a new car but I’ll continue to use them for future cars. He didn’t push me to get this extra etc I just choose the options I wanted it the car and that was it. I was dealing with Dan also he was very helpful also and again no pressured sell they want you to be comfortable with the purchase you get as i will be living with the car for years to come. Roll on July when I pick up my new BMW.

6 months later I pick up my 118i M sport unfortunately It didn’t come with the options I wanted but the customer service I got from Warren Cathcart was nothing but exceptional. Myself and an family went into the dealership on numerous occasions we were treated very well by everyone. Warren did everything he could to help and we felt totally comfortable dealing with him as he is empathetic and always had time. The order wasn’t straight forward but he did what he could to help us. I did really want to have some optional upgrades but due to the microchip shortage I could not get them but still overall Warren is a great sales man and he don’t push you to but this that etc. Anyone thinking of going to this dealer see Warren. Good guy 👊🏽

Having bought my X3 from nearly 300 miles away and only dealt over the phone upto the point of collection, I really can’t praise Roberto enough. He’s easy to deal with, and understands what you need and made the whole process really easy and quick. I bought the car on the Wednesday over the phone, and then picked up when I was back from work on the weekend.

There was a very minor issue with the car on collection that hadn’t been spotted by the workshop, but due to me only being able to collect on a Saturday, Heathrow’s workshop had finished so were unable to look at it at the time. I had absolutely no problem with this as Roberto basically told me rather than coming back during the week on another 600 mile round trip to get it fixed, just take it my local bmw dealer in Durham and get them to look at it when it was convenient for me and BMW Heathrow would cover any costs incurred. Absolutely brilliant customer service with no resistance at all.

Thanks very much Roberto, I hope to deal with you again!
