Stratstone BMW Chesterfield

Just picked up my new ix3 m sport pro from Business Development Manager Nico Padovano. It’s taken a long time to come and we’ve had a few issues along the way due to manufacturing issues with global chip shortages etc but Nico has gone above and beyond to make sure I was never without a car and that my original deal was honoured. He’s kept me updated as best he could along the way and gone out of his way, including coming in on his day off, to ensure I received the best level of service possible. Cannot recommend Stratstone, and Nico in particular, enough.

Excellent customer care. We bought our last 3 cars from them. They always give you the best offers and when I say the best, I mean THE BEST in the country ( I did my research many times). Haley previously looked after us and together with her line manager we got the cars that we want, nice professional and honest. This time Jamie looked after me, very professional and transparent guy. I got to test drive the car I liked, so easy hassle free. After the test drive we discussed the options. Unfortunately, we couldn't complete a purchase this time due to shortage in delivering the car from the main dealer (chip production issue) but I will be returning for sure!

Brilliant customer service from Reece. He managed to provide us with the car of our choice within 10 days and ensured the most excellent handover. He’s always willing to help at the end of an email or call. We’re delighted with our purchase which is exactly what we wanted. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the branch and Reece in particular, and we’ll hopefully return in a few years for an upgrade. Thank you, Reece.

I took my car in for some warranty repairs, and the service was impeccable!! The lovely and charismatic Louise dealt with me in a very friendly and pleasant manner, and upon arrival I was greeted with a hot drink and breakfast bag!! I was regularly contacted with updates on it’s progress, and on collection, was pleasantly surprised to see the car had been washed and hoovered inside!! Astounding service through and through!! Thank you Louise!!!

Martin made the BMW experience exceptional. He ensured to provide regular updates on the status of the car, delivered the car as promised, explained in detail each step to enjoy the experience. Martin further checked up post delivery of the car to find out whether I was happy with the purchase. Overall, very impressed with the service and genuine care.

Louise Secchi and the Service team looked after me when my 520d had issues. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and was able to drive away problem free the same day. Having experience poor service from the 3rd party I brought my car from, it’s refreshing to bring it to Stratstone and have my car and myself treated properly and professionally. Will be sorting out a service plan shortly to make sure my car is always look after.
