I found a car I was interested in purchasing on BMWs approved used car website and requested information about it. Mark contacted me promptly and was really helpful, sent me a video of the car I was interested in and answered all of my questions quickly and knowledgeably. Mark was not a pushy salesman but instead listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve it. The overall experience has been fantastic. I was able to do most of the purchasing paperwork from home. The reception staff were fantastic and so was Mark. I was seen to very quickly and made to feel very relaxed and happy. It was a joy to visit you. Also the showroom was really spotless and elegant. I’ve been to other BMW dealerships before but this was fantastic. I can’t recommend Marshall Hampshire (especially Mark) enough. To top it all off, Mark ensured my car was perfect before I took ownership of it. Ensuring that no work was required on it and that it had been cleaned and was good as new for me. Such a smooth and pleasant experience. Thanks for everything!

I reappraised my review (below) after hearing from the service manager to resolve my issue. I am happy that the matter is now resolved.
The service department really don't know what they're doing. To cut a long story short, booked my car in for an interim service (4 months after the last (full) service). I had also asked them to sort a tracking issue, which wasn't done. So booked back in. So after 4 1/2 hours waiting in the showroom, I get my car back, with the service light still on! Apparently expecting me to book it back in again for this. They don't know what they are supposed to do when they are booking customers cars in!

Always used Marshall Hook but really disappointed after exchanging my BMW 420d which I brought from you in January this year I discover that I had been sold a non approved used BMW. I have now changed the car with another main dealer. This is awful behaviour! I brought the car being told that it is approved used. This damaged its re-sell value as well. Really disappointed and I recommend anyone buying a car from them that they do a car background check. That being said I usually find the servicing department quick and helpful, however I will now be going elsewhere.

After purchasing my car that has been in the repair shop almost as much as with me I must say the communication from this dealership is the worst i have ever encountered. If you email or ask for a call back I would not hold your breath - it rarely happens. Now have a car that has had diesel leak, brake pads incorrectly fitted, rev counter going haywire to name jus a few issues and now have to wait a month before the latest issue can be fixed.
Very glossy front end and the person selling was great - all others let him down badly

Blown away by recent experience with Salesman Nathan Haines at Marshall’s Mini in Hook. There was the odd issue along the way, but Nathan was always, open, honesty and transparent with his updates. Nothing was too much trouble whether it was a quick “how do I” or more meaty issues like maintenance or extended warranty quotes! I would definitely recommend dealing with Nathan and Marshall’s.

I have never written a review for anything before but I think it is quite disgusting to be called less than 24 hours before your booking to be told we can't accept your booking, when it was made weeks ago. Was told the next availability was in 3 and a half weeks. Was told if booking had been made in person and not via their website then I would have had no problems. Absolutely shocking, I feel sorry for the guy making the calls but this behaviour needs to be called out. If you need a service, I recommend you try somewhere else.

Cancelled my appointment within 24 hours of it.

This is ridiculous. You can't cancel an appointment, then expect me to book a new one on the 20th of January... My car will go over its service intervals...

The guy on the phone couldn't of been any ruder and less helpful. I asked him to try fit me in explaining the service intervals (50 miles left). He couldn't of cared any less and told me its my job to fit my car in somewhere else.

No apology or nothing....
