Immediately fell in love with the car, and Brad was extremely helpful and patient with us over the next few days while we done our usual checks to ensure we could afford the car and insure it, and again any questions we had, he answered right away so just shows how knowledgeable he is about the products he's selling!
Fast forward to the following weekend it was pick up day and everything went fantastic and enjoying every minute of the car so far.
Massive thanks again to Brad for everything and the rest of the team at BMW for having made buying this car a great experience from start to finish and making you feel like a valued customer and not just another paycheck (which is what i've had at other dealerships!)
From the very first phone call when on the way to view the car until the collection two weeks later (my choice). The sales manager Toby was polite, respectful, informative and especially ..to us ..friendly. We had contacted other main dealers, and apart from one other, local to us, did not show the exacting standards that Barrett’s obviously maintain, and express to their customers. I bought this car from Barrett’s not only because the car was an outstanding example, but because my trade in was not difficult to negotiate, but also because of the way we were treated during the WHOLE experience by eventually all of the staff at Barrett’s who deserve all the praise they get. They were professional and efficient in all manner of this purchase. I would also like to note that we drove over 200 miles to purchase this car, but I can assure anyone reading this sincere review it was totally worth it.

Unfortunately they damaged my car whilst fitting a part and had to keep the car for a few days.
They offered me a curtsey car but wanted me to pay for the temporary insurance.
It took me quite a lot of negotiations to get it for free..
A little disappointed that I saw no improvement to the car after the recall part was fitted and had a lot of hassle from the experience.
Next service due shortly plus a recall. I expect it will be the same excellent service. 👍
