Losing faith with this company now. Used to be Customer focused with Emily- Service Manager..5 stars for you and thank you, wherever you are now.

Just had my car key read and was quoted for Mot and a big service which was incorrect, then was considering an upgrade. A nice chat with the new sale person, the young man which was doing so well, until got undermined by his team, one of the women came over and tried to take over and said the guy who had been helping me could sit in too! I was horrified.

I could really feel the lack of support and faith they had in the young man. Firstly by one coming over and.saying 'oh,..you're doing it?' Secondly they were staring at us and it felt like they were talking about us , which made me feel uncomfortable, and the final straw was when another person from the team, walked over and stopped him in his track, to Introduce herself and volunteered herself to help me. I told her that the advisor who had originally called me over and was doing his job, had got this, and she said, 'he is training, he could sit in on the chat if I want'. How belittling.! If you felt he was not ready then this discussion should've been had prior to him starting the process with me or you could've had a conversation with him at the side.
What you did was wrong, and distasteful you're a team. That put me right off! I would never encourage that kind of performance. He was not struggling in the slightest. Every Customer is different remember that and not everyone will find your way appealing. The fact I could smell Sales from the moment you walked over, you lost me!

My last words to the young man was: 'Thanks, you did a good job', 'don't let anyone undermine or discredit your work'!
Training and development team, this needs to be addressed! Not cool!

I have been using this dealership since they opened in Tamworth over 6 years ago. They have a history of poor service. On one occasion they did not close the oil sump cap properly after an oil change on my car, and the newly changed oil poured all over my driveway. On another occasion they did such a poor paint job on my car that I had to return 5 times to get it corrected. This time , I took my car in for another service. On completion, I noticed my car was still dirty- they forgot to clean it inside & out , even though i asked for a cleaning. I inadvertently forgot some shopping in the back of the loan car, and no-one contacted me at all about it , even though the car was inspected when i returned it. BMW Tamworth may be a great place to buy a new car, but not for servicing. Enough is enough. I won't be using them anymore.

Adam & Laura were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made us feel 100% valued as customers.

We called up at 9.00am on a Thursday and by 3.00pm that day we were driving away in a beautiful new car. They gave us exactly what we wanted for our part ex and even threw in a few extras for us on the new vehicle.

From start to finish the service was outstanding and we couldn’t recommend Adam and Laura any higher as they have truly excelled in customer service and customer satisfaction.

I am writing this complaint after similar incidences on 2 different occasions at 2 different dealerships.
The second time this happened was today in Sytner Tamworth, where I originally wanted to speak to the salesman who had given great service and a great deal to my partner but it was his scheduled Sunday off so I was passed to another salesman. He started very warmly and friendly but after me not necessarily liking the cars he showed or I didn't want to pay that much money. I asked to sit in the X4 and X6 on site and was fobbed off. He then walked around the showroom and I asked again to sit in the cars on the forecourt to see if having a sunroof was a dealbreaker for me. Once again, I was fobbed off.
I led the walk outside and stood next to the car I wanted to sit in just to feel, not even a test drive and I was told he didn't have the time as he had phone calls to make and appointments as there was a shortage of salesman. Once again having clearly asked numerous times to sit in cars I want to purchase, I was fobbed off and told no. Made to feel like I was not good enough to be there and treated like absolute rubbish.
I have come away from two Sytner dealerships, feeling like I don't want to give my time or money to such atrocious customer services. I am beyond annoyed and feel like if my skin colour was different, I would have been treated differently or even if I was a man, I would have been given better treatment. It takes a lot for me to write complaint emails as I know people are human and can have off days but to have this done to me on two separate occasions, at two different dealerships is an absolute joke.
I have been left feeling like if this is what all Sytner BMW sites are like I do NOT want anything to do with them.
I have been in both branches with the relevant information that would make you think this woman is ready to purchase.

Honestly, I've never dealt with more professional people when buying a car.
Fantastic sales people who are willing to go the extra mile.
Would like to say thank you to Ben and Wayne for helping me buying a lovely X5M.
Often garages I've bought from don't want to know you after you have exchanged money..These guys are great!!!!
The fact that the cars come with 12 months warranty is just fantastic too!
Will definitely be back in the future when I need a new car!

Our salesman Ash was very professional, polite and helpful. He was not at all pushy which is always a big plus point for us! He explained the features of the vehicle and looked into any questions we had- even a follow-up call.

What a Joy !
Friendly, courteous and extremely professional. Megan (Cooper) who is a first class Apprentice on New Car Sales, guided me through my exact requirements with a common sense approach, with her enthusiasm for BMW a joy to behold. I felt that Megan assisted in making my purchase of my BMW 530E run smoothly throughout. Well done BMW !!!

Nice environment but don't expect to talk to anyone about anything to do with your car unless it's to book an appointment .. Sytner is NOT a garage as it's staffed by call centre workers who take names and look pretty and nothing else. I have a problem with my car .. sorry no one can talk to you or help but we can book it in some fifteen days hence. Honestly I expect more from my dealer and would not recommend this dealership if you have any issues with your BMW unless you have another car to drive whilst waiting for them.
