Best car dealership I have dealt with, fact. After having made contact Will very quickly got in touch to find out exactly what I was after. Helped me from the get go and sorted out the perfect car for me, couldn't be happier. Thanks to Will, Mike and all the team for the great experience. Will be back in the future for sure!

This has to be the best customers' service in all UK. I'm thinking of changing my BMW for a different make car. BUT I am worried that the customers service will not match up to Stephen James' .
Customers service is THE MOST IMPORTANT factor for me in a transaction. Dealerships are often nice and suck up when they're trying to sell their vehicles. But once you sign on the dotted line or cat-scratch on their I pad, you're doomed. I'm inclined to upgrade with BMW because of their EXCELLENT QUALITY SERVICE

I`ve had my X2 with BMW Bromely since buying it new. I`ve had my MOT and service done with them and they`ve always been fantastic, today they went above and beyond though.... I`m 9 months pregnant, 1 week from my due date and my car which we`ll be using to get to the hospital with had a warning light showing that the right indicator was no longer working. I called up and the team and they were so helpful, I brought it in today (without an appointment) and Reece got it fixed with the team within 20 minutes. Unbelievably helpful and a huge weight of our minds. Thanks Reece and BMW team - not sure how much you realise this has helped us!

The most amazing client service! Entire journey from drop off to collection was brilliant. I didn’t catch the name of who helped me but she went above and beyond to help me when a mistake had been made on the booking (not their mistake).

The staff is kind and communication is good. As most main dealers though, the cost of anything here is inflated to a point I can't possibly recommend it. Replacing a simple emergency battery of the cost of about £40, costed me nearly £400 (between "diagnostic" and fitting). That is an extortion beyond belief and not justifiable at all. It made me reconsider the service, the brand and even my next vehicle purchase!

Good experience on a mini recall and a service. Sudiya went out of her way to ensure I was able to collect my car when I needed. They also have good coffee.

I have always been reluctant to buy from main dealer due to the increased price tag. However I can safely say it was extra money well spent I bought a 530e Hybrid with 2 year warranty as part of the transaction. Sadly I have had batter issue (to be expected with new technology). Bmw Assist have been great at providing quick service and a courtesy car. I don't think the initial issue with the battery issue was fully resolved as they change the command unit but (cheaper option) but it seems like the batteries are the problem. It has had to go back in but no major issues as I have a like for like replacement.

I can't thank Sudiya enough for thinking outside the box and because if this I now wouldn't go anywhere else for a new or used BMW. Infact I have at least one other family member who I will be arranging a test drive for as he loved my car so much and was reassured with the service levels I have received. Beautiful car.

This is a review of the sales side of the process as haven't yet gone in for my running in service.

Overall the process was handled excellently, I might not have been the easiest customer changing my mind several times along the way M240i then M2 then M4, then agonising over options. It was the first time I've bought a new car so I probably asked more questions than most. Throughout the process Will was very patient and eventually I landed on the ideal car.

Once ordered things moved as swiftly as can be expected in these post Covid times. Will gave me very realistic timeframes and was able to secure an allocation swiftly. Throughout the build and delivery process I was kept informed every step along the way.

On collection the car was stunningly detailed, my only regret being I will probably never get it looking this good again. I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Stephen James with special mention going to Will Dore who was a great point of contact throughout this process.
