I honestly don't know where to start!

Couldn't recommend Jardine enough. Their service is outstanding, both before and after purchase.
We popped in for a quick browse after collecting my older x3 from a service next door. We saw a x3 m40i we both liked, Matt started her up and the rest was history! We fell in love and instantly decided to purchase her. Matt answered all questions swiftly. We were guided through all the optional extras such as gap, alloy wheel, paintwork and tyre insurance etc. With no pressure to purchase either. The finance was the most simplest we have EVER encountered! And a super quick easy process. If only buying cars previously was this simple! We received a photo shoot from the dealership as a thank you for our purchase. We have had no issues before, during and after purchase. The minor issue we had was sorted immediately (my surname was incorrectly put on the finance). With no longer lasting issues.
I can not recommend the dealership enough! We were offered tea, coffee and cold drinks through out our purchase. The hospitality and friendliness of all staff was amazing! We simply wouldn't buy another car else where now!

Management are very reluctant to give discounts though and this knocks it to 4*
I would have bought a new 1 series TI if they were willing to negotiate.... They weren't.
I therefore bought a New Volkswagen.
It's hard to find the genuine approach and help give at the Bury dealership. Please accept my thanks and appreciation.

Met by Kate, a very friendly and professional member of the team who listened and guided me. At the end of it all, yes, I have reserved my next Mini Cooper S and aim for a changeover in about a week. Have received paperwork already. Fantastic service, particularly as all without an appointment.
Your team are so helpful, even the coffee is better than most places I visit ( even though you are not a coffee shop).
Darren in particular always gives personal impeccable service; I wouldn’t think of using any other garage for buying, or servicing my car.
