I honestly don't know where to start!
Matt is an absolute diamond!!
Couldn't recommend Jardine enough. Their service is outstanding, both before and after purchase.
We popped in for a quick browse after collecting my older x3 from a service next door. We saw a x3 m40i we both liked, Matt started her up and the rest was history! We fell in love and instantly decided to purchase her. Matt answered all questions swiftly. We were guided through all the optional extras such as gap, alloy wheel, paintwork and tyre insurance etc. With no pressure to purchase either. The finance was the most simplest we have EVER encountered! And a super quick easy process. If only buying cars previously was this simple! We received a photo shoot from the dealership as a thank you for our purchase. We have had no issues before, during and after purchase. The minor issue we had was sorted immediately (my surname was incorrectly put on the finance). With no longer lasting issues.
I can not recommend the dealership enough! We were offered tea, coffee and cold drinks through out our purchase. The hospitality and friendliness of all staff was amazing! We simply wouldn't buy another car else where now!

Brought the perfect car from the perfect company, I’m in Leicester and reserved the car over the phone with adam, sent me detailed videos of the car, drove down to collect it the following week, was not disappointed, stunning car and i love it! Would 100% recommend!

I was served by Grace and the team. She's a nice sales person.

Management are very reluctant to give discounts though and this knocks it to 4*

I would have bought a new 1 series TI if they were willing to negotiate.... They weren't.

I therefore bought a New Volkswagen.

Excellent service from James and David, didn't purchase a new car but nevertheless the customer service was excellent.
It's hard to find the genuine approach and help give at the Bury dealership. Please accept my thanks and appreciation.

Popped into Jardines Mini as thinking of changing my current Mini Cooper - yes, I love the Mini Cooper! Aiming for a used vehicle to update from my older Cooper.
Met by Kate, a very friendly and professional member of the team who listened and guided me. At the end of it all, yes, I have reserved my next Mini Cooper S and aim for a changeover in about a week. Have received paperwork already. Fantastic service, particularly as all without an appointment.

My experience couldn’t have been better; from reception to driving out of your showroom at Bury St. Edmunds.

Your team are so helpful, even the coffee is better than most places I visit ( even though you are not a coffee shop).

Darren in particular always gives personal impeccable service; I wouldn’t think of using any other garage for buying, or servicing my car.

Second time I’ve had a poor experience from the servicing department. This latest time called in for a factory recall, informed them that the car is Matt black wrapped so do not wash. No wash was clearly written on the sheet. When collecting the car had been washed and now it has a shine. Got told I would get a call… no call so far. Previous to this in 2021 I had the front and rear dash cam installed, received a video (which was good) to say the vehicle is in good condition. One month later went for a service and all of a sudden the advice was to change the brake pads and discs. Went to another garage this year for is service and mot, and got told they are starting to get close. Over 1000 miles later then they was due by the sensors on the car. Which I got replaced at a different garage.

Great service from Ben from start to finish! Prompt communication, very informative and really made the buying process extremely easy. Would definitely recommend Jardine St Edmunds because of him, and I’m sure we’ll be back in the future for the next BMW!
