I trusted Halliwell Jones Southport to replace some damaged bodywork on my classic 7 series.

We bought a BMW IX from Halliwell Jones Southport today. We’ve had a brilliant experience with them from start to finish. Stephen the salesman was really helpful throughout the process, but I must add the whole team there were friendly and helpful. My wife was especially thankful for the beautiful flowers they gave her when picking up the car. Thank you to the whole team, we will definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade.

I recently bought a second hand vehicle from Halliwell Jones. There was a minor issue with the brakes but they were really helpful and didn't hesitate to rectify the issue at no cost to myself. Very happy with the way they dealt with it.

Sad to be leaving a 1 star review as I work in the industry and would be really upset if a member of our sales team let our dealership down. Two young men 20 & 23 attended your site yesterday afternoon to look at, and possibly purchase a BMW M135I. The salesman that they were lumbered with was sadly inattentive, dismissive, quiet and seemed completely uninterested. The suspicion would be that he thought they were "tyre kickers" who couldn't afford the car. His only qualification question was "what are you driving now" which supported the "tyre kicker" theory. Well, sorry to say, your lack of interest has cost you a sale. The younger of the two was the purchaser, (he's a professional sportsperson) who would have purchased the car outright. Instead he has gone elsewhere today to purchase a similar car from another dealer.

I must thank Mark Godwin for helping us in buying our BMW 5 serwis The service was so good and he has explained all the details about the vehicle and given enough time for us to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive, we discussed few concerns and he was listening carefully on the feedback and assured that all the concerns will be addressed before the delivery. As promised, he has finished all the works on the vehicle with top quality before the delivery and handed over the key on the delivery date.
