I purchased my x5 m50d from this company, however on the second attempt to purchase a replacement, the levels of service were very poor.
I phoned them several times to get figures. However they didn’t want my business, despite letting them know!

Johnny couldn’t of been more helpful, We found the car through an online search and from ringing to enquire, the process was so smooth and effortless., they even delivered the car as we are 90 miles away and collected ours in part exchange. Recently purchased an M4 from Jack Chapman. The levels of customer service I have received from Jack and the team at this dealership are of the best I have experienced from any car dealership across the country. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a BMW 320 from this dealership and overall the customer service was fantastic. Below is my ratings:
1. Hospitality - 10/10 ( I recommend Joshua Day who was our sales executive)
2. Systematic sales process- 10/10
3. Complementary/Gifts with the car- 5/10. They should have given few accessories like BWM Key chains or Cap or a hoodie/Jacket.
