I am really pleased with the friendly staff at Waterstones Chesham. After paying for my books, I forgot my pouch in the store in a rush. It was kept safe by the person who served me at the till and I coykd collect it the next day :-)

Staff very unhelpful. Heard speaking loudly and unprofessionally to another customer on the phone and then wouldn't answer a simple question. Unfortunate as the shop is usually nice but it's not the first time I've had a bad experience with this particular sales assistant

Without this branch of Waterstones, Chesham would be a much poorer place. Friendly staff, good collection of titles, and also a great place for board games if that's your thing.

Really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. All the COVID safety measures in place so feels safe. So pleased to see it reopen after lockdown.

Great collection of books. Quite pricey though. Many books available on Amazon for much cheaper even with a delivery cost. Would need to rethink the prices if they were to sustain there.
