Cosy Club

Great place for food and drinks with an amazing vibe. The apple tarte is one of the best desserts I tried. I went for the harissa lamb shoulder this time but i tried salmon fishcakes and seabass before and they were delightful.
The service is always top-notch in all cosy clubs but this one is especially good. The waitress welcomes you with a smile and making you feel at ease all the time.

Really nice restaurant. Nice views to the places close to the castle of Taunton and really big windows with a lot of sun light. Staff really friendly and eficient. The risotto is amazing and the apple tart is outstanding. Probably the best apple tart i have ever tried in england.
The cocktails are tasty and really nice. Highly recommended.

I had what was possibly the nicest 'Fish, Chips and Peas' I've had in years. Lovely setting. Waiting times for ordering through to drinks and food arriving let them down slightly (people having to try to catch their attention to order). Hasten to add, it was worth the wait and I would go back to try something else.

We had our wedding reception at The Cosy Club in Taunton in June 2022 in The Den downstairs.
It was perfect! We had a very kind member of staff looking after us and serving us drinks from the bar in the room.
It was private and a great atmoshpere. Prices were very reasonable and the food was very tasty.

I have a disabled wife who is vegeterian so I have to check web site and reviews first. excellent facilities. food was as good if not better than the photos and Abby our waitress was faultless. well inspired and delivered menu cannot recommend higher than this place. did not disappoint.

I went there with 2 friends on my 18th bday for some lunch. The place is a mix between quirky and fancy with a more high end menu. We all loved it. The food was hot and fresh, there's a bit more of a wait than in some places, but the excellent service and good company made us not bothered about that.
We will be returning!!!

Very nice Christmas meal experience.
Food was full of flavour.
Sharing starter platter was just right for four (meant for 5 but I feel that would have been not enough).
Choice for mains was very limited and due to the occasion I would have preferred my Christmas dinner the traditional way, not in a pie. Just my personal preference.
Vegetables not enough to share among four so had there been 5 it would have been more disappointing.
Dessert full of flavour and as expected.

Service was good. Only forgot 1 desert out of all of the food.

Atmosphere was cosy but not too Christmassy.
Overall a nice experience.

A place we frequent fairly often. Booked a table for my partners birthday. The booking team were great and confirmation was gained easily. There's been a recent menu change which had taken some of the dishes that had us booking removed. A star has been lost due to the service. I had to twice leave our table to correct the order we had placed. Some of the meals ordered had elements missing due to stock issues, and pudding had a similar story with 3 of our party having to change the order the placed for desert.
