I am a regular customer in the Great Yarmouth branch and all the staff are very helpful and friendly, I had to pop into the branch a few days ago to collect an item and also enquire about a product, Julie and Craig helped me and went above and beyond trying to locate a certain product! this is far more of a better service than you would get at other suppliers. A credit to Toolstation and the Gt Yarmouth branch.

Aggressive, hostile female member of staff working at Great Yarmouth branch. Whilst in her Toolstation uniform in Asda store she swore at my 11yr old son because he was messing around with his 12 yr old sister completely unaware of this woman but she happened to be walking in front of them. Yet in her obvious misplaced paranoia verbally attacked my children - she took my son bouncing around as being disrespectful to her! Other members of the public approached me as they were upset for my children at her aggressive manner towards them. She continued to be hostile towards me - calling herself NO LADY and seemingly being proud of her shocking attitude! She continued to swear now in front of my 9yr old daughter also. My children were left shaken and my son brought to tears! I understand you can not control your staffs behaviour outside of the Toolstation shop but I would strongly recommend you choose your staff more carefully and simply when in uniform they are representing the Toolstation brand. Myself, my extended family and friends, I’m sure the members of public who brought it to my attention her Toolstation uniform will never use Toolstation again!

Went to find a product I showed picture the young girl said need code . She would not help me find it. I said can you help she said not my job. So walked out. A lost sale. I own a buissness I will never use them again

The staff are always friendly and helpful at the Great Yarmouth store. Even in these trying times where some customers can't grasp necessary changes to the system of service and what the staff can and cannot do, they continue to be cheerful and efficient. Just be nice.
