It's quite a small branch but you can still sit down and speak to advisors etc..

There is parking behind but only for people who've booked a special appointment which is fair enough.

Recently opened an account online for my daughter, and have visited this branch three times so far to sort details about ID etc. Three visits, three rude members of staff who seem to resent having to provide a service.

Since posting this review I've received feedback from Nationwide asking me for more information but as I am baffled by the process for doing this, I haven't been able to respond.

I went to set up an account here for my child. I found Felicity extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had a young baby with me and Felicity went to extra lengths to ensure she could make the process as fast as possible. Excellent customer service, she really put a smile on my face.

Visited Kenilworth branch on 2 occasions to pay in a cheque via their atm (not entering any premises during Covid). Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening. On both occasions there was no envelopes available so could not pay in.
Phoned Nationwide on a number of occasions to report this. Unable to talk to a person.
Very disappointed with Nationwide.
