Friendly staff, and decent size branch, make this easy and accessible to sort banking needs. When cashiers are all busy, other staff members come out and work through the queue if they can. Positive experience throughout.

I ordered a new card reader which never came. I visited Nationwide in Staines to get one and they had none.
The cashier just shrugged.

Because it is closed for 3 months and I have to travel to another branch
