The customer service was outstanding. The customer service manager Matt couldn't have done more and his staff were equally attentive offering drinks etc. This made a refreshing change in these days where the customer seems to be valued less and less. Some other large companies could learn a lesson ot two from these guys!!

It's only a little one but the staff are extremely helpful and have always been able to help me with any queries I may have.

I went this branch today with a problem and the manager stood outside and as was not very helpful at all he wants to learn not to be rude and help customers out all he kept saying phone up it could be fraud

Turned up 5 mins before they closed to pay a large amount of cash in only to be told they are closed absolute disgrace

Popped in today to draw some money using my pass card. Told the girl which denominations of notes I would like and this included a bag of pound coins. I laughed when she told me I couldn’t have the pound coins because she only had 2. She made no attempt to ask any of the other cashiers if they could swap money with her. As if they only had £2 in the whole branch. Lazy customer service. Anyway, I popped into Lloyds, and they were more than happy to help.
Never seen this girl before, she could do with some colleague training.

Social distancing restrictions in place. However I did not have to wait, I was served very quickly as there was only one other person inside.
