Very informative tours.

I have been on around 8 tours in different cities, this was definitely my favourite. Due to the weather were couldn't hop on and off as much as usual it was snowy and icy and wet but we will definitely revisit in the spring. The tour was full of history and Stratford was a beautiful place to visit. The bus was very clean, friendly driver and plenty of seats to choose from. Would highly recommend with or without children.

Scammers. We got our tickets on the street from one of their vendors. The price varies depending on what they perceive your ability to pay. At no time were we told that protests in the city would affect the tour. We sat in a bus for about half an hour with our headphones on, passing some really nice buildings but being told absolutely noting about them. We got off and sought a refund. One of us got a refund after a few weeks, one of us is waiting for ours over a full month later.
Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs.
Oh, not to mention the famously rude American bus driver. She was just the icing on the cake.

Scammer and completely a fraud of company. We got our tickets from a street representative. To start with the prices vary depending on whether you buy tickets from street vendors and how much money the think they can get out of you (the offer a price which they say is fixed and then offer a different price to other customers). There were protests in Berlin that weekend but they never told us about it and then we were in the busy for over half hour without looking at a single sight. Just been driven around aimlessly and with no one telling us what was going on. After half an hour we got fed up and decided to leave the tour and ask for a refund and they refused to give us a refund. We were asked to contact the company via email (which we did) and we haven’t received the refund despite numerous emails and phone calls. I reported this company to the police and they say it is not the first time they’ve been reported for fraud and fraudulent tactics. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. IT’S A RIP OFF AND THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOUR MONEY. IT’S AN INTERNATIONAL SCAM!!!
