Sainsbury's Caf

Sainsbury's your shops are always a credit to you but I cannot say the same for your restaurants. Lunch was appalling. The chicken and vegetable soup was like dishwater, the roll was a week old ,the coffee was overflowing down the side of the cup. My partner had toast which was so thin you could see through it. The butter was just shown to the toast and the bread was not toasted properly on both sides. Unfortunately pontllanfraith is the same I hope the bad food and service does not spread much further.
Remember when someone has spent an hour shopping they want something quick and tasty and value for money.
Sorry Sainsbury's bad value poor food and service. I have finished up with a bad tummy.
The bowl of soup went back almost full and the coffee!!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Food good standard .Just a bit slow service on times.

Most of the time they are short staffed. ..food good.....and value for money.

Lovely staff and great for lunch or a coffee. Lots of comfy seating and it's never too full.

Both meals ordered wwre mest up. So we had money back.

Staff in the Thornhill store are hopeless. Arrogant, rude, and lazy.

The young lady argued about our order and made it wrong 3 times. The young man rolled his eyes at us.

It's also 3.40pm on a Saturday and they're turning away customers because they close at 4pm.

It's awful now. You might as well not bother opening up at all if you only serve sandwiches and the staff are too incompetent to make coffee.
