Lovely quiet site. Good sized hard standings with electric and water to each pitch. Would like some heating in the shower room for the winter. Would visit again

Best small campsite ever!!!! From the warmest of welcomes, Emma, Jan & Richard always make sure you'll have everything you need to relax and enjoy their superb hideaway site they've lovingly created in the beautiful North Devon countryside.

We stayed in the green pod, it was so cute and cosy. The pod was really well equipped; cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. Also there is s small stove/grill and the barbecue came with coal and fire-lighters. It had everything you need for a self-catered short stay! Can't fault it at all! It was lovely and warm at night, and the pull out bed was big and comfortable. We paid an extra £5 for some firewood too. The washroom facilities were clean with plenty of hot water.

If you need a reason to go camping, caravanning, glamping or to stay in a cottage in Devon visit this wonderful little campsite.
Beautiful surroundings, clean, neat and quiet, you won't find a better organised set-up than this one.
I don't need to say more, just book it !!

Enjoyable weekend away at this very pleasant site, only 11 pitches so not for those wishing to be entertained. Helpful owners,( fixed my electrical hook up). Only downside is that another shower would make a huge difference(only one available). Would recommend for those wanting a quiet break

We stayed for a short 3 night break in our tent in early June, and the campsite setting and hosts are incredible. The campground has a beautiful garden like manicured feel, and the pitch spacing is perfect if you like a more private feel. The Facilities are basic but perfectly adequate, and kept nicely clean.
The only thing I would note is that there are no pubs or shops within walking distance, but this is certainly not a negative, especially if you come prepared.
Certainly one the best small campgrounds we have stayed at in the SW, we will be making the short drive from Dorset to re-visit again for sure!.

Facilities are as advertised, not palatial but clean and functional. Setting is beyond any expectation, quite the most beautiful grounds I have camped in, like staying in the very special garden of a very well designed stately home. Get up early and spend some quiet time at the pond side, it's a spiritual experience.

Really great visit. Hired one of their Shepard's huts for a bit of glamping. I was really impressed with the site, location, facilities and accommodation. The hut was clean and had the basics such as fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery etc. It was warm and dry, in fact it was very comfortable. There is decking outside with seating and a gas powered BBQ. Toilet and dish washing facilities were just a few metres away. Parking was not too far, and I was able to ride up to the hut to off load before parking. My only item for the wish list is to have a tarmac roadway rather than the stone as it was very difficult to ride my motorcycle on. I look forward to visiting again.
