Very nice, helpful team. Adequate toilet facilities. Good for a short stay. Unfortunately the road is very noisy, and most pitches are very sloping. There is no shop in site for any essentials so make sure you’re stocked up as the nearest shop is a couple of miles away in Criccieth. Lovely pub about half a mile walk into Llanystumdwy. Great food but only served on Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Good walk/ cycle into Criccieth - mostly flat. Beautiful beach, great views from the castle and lovely scenery. Not all shops/cafes appear to be open when you would expect them to be. Overall a very beautiful place but a very average campsite.

The staff are helpful in leveling your unit. The site has only 4 level pitches and can be tricky but life is like this, the local area is fine with a nice place with a castle 2 miles away with a bus service the place is kept tidy there is a road but it is quite during the normal times. You would expect.

Very nice, small campsite. The local amenities are fairly close.
If You come with a caravan or motorhome be sure to bring huge wheel chokes as the ground is seriously sloping!

Okay site - nice walks around it. One staff in particular who was bald was EXTREMELY rude to us and actually talked to other people at the campsite about us “not following rules”. Also the wifi wasn’t good and hardly any service. Much nicer campsites you can go to!

Site is on a steep slope so took alot of setting up to get everything working, when it rained water was running through awning like a little river but did flow away quickly, staff all lovely, lovely quiet site but due to the incline I have only rated 3 star. Also only 3 showers and 3 wash up sinks, could maybe do with a few more.

Great location with good facilities and friendly staff. Nearby Criccieth is an easy walk with bus option stopping outside site for trips to Porthmadog, Pwllheli and beyond. We had level hardstanding pitch, other pitches would require ramps.

Lovely place! Lovely 20 minute walk to a beach where we were the only people on it! Lots of lovely wildlife saw 2 tawny owls and lots of bats at night. Lots of space for the dogs to walk and kids to play only thing is the slope is very slopping but we have had fun laughing about pans and things sliding fown the table etc. Lovely friendly clean sight great for dogs

Nice site, mostly grassed and generally slightly sloping. Regular bus from site entrance to nearby towns. 10 minute walk to village pub recently taken over by the community.
