Ty Rhosyn Coch Campsite

Matt is a great camp host. small campsite, but relaxed atmosphere. Great location near River and good price.

We booked for four nights with electric hook up. Booking made with Matt though we didn't get to talk to him. Rachel his wife was very helpful and checked up on all her campers every morning. There is access to the River Wye. Showers are free. Good for Hay Festival the bus picks up outside the site though it is petty expensive, if more than 2 of you consider a taxi. Pub up the road had a good selection of beers and they were very friendly. We hope to go there again.

Stayed for four days while viviting friends. A warm, friendly and convenient.site that is great for exploring the area. Nice level field with electric hook up if required. Shop and pubs a short walk away. We had a great time there and will visit again when in the area.

Never seen friendly owner like him very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended this campsite.
Love this campsite.

Just returned from a long weekend at this campsite. It is highly recommended. Right by the river so kids spent hours swimming / boating, with evenings spent around the campfire. The owners are wonderful and their children lovely. Our kids made new friends and are already planning on when we can come back to visit them!
There is traffic but didn’t disturb us at all. Showers are powerful and hot.
Matt went out of his way and we look forward to returning.

Fab campsite with lovely owners! Great for dogs and kids and perfect with the river access for launching our SUPs and playing in the water. There's a shop and friendly pub just across the road and it's only a short drive into Hay on wye. Had a great few days here and will definitely be going back!

Very helpful owner. This campsite has a rustic feel and basic facilities (all you need). The showers clean and hot. A very relaxed atmosphere day and night. Location is perfect for access to the river. Able to light your fire pit, turn on your fairy lights, and chill.

Have stayed here a couple of times for work purposes. Owners are really helpful and friendly. Services basic but all there. Shop, coffee shop and pub within walking distance (check Covid closure status though). A great place to launch your canoe into the river and paddle off to view the fantastic surrounding countryside.
