A breath of fresh air! One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time, thank you. Expert staff who went over and above to help me with fitting insoles/ boot advice. Very knowledgeable - thank you Annie, you were great - and I highly recommend.

As usual Cotswold staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always available to help make the right product decisions. I think they are the best outdoor specialists. 👍

Lot's to choose from but the prices were very high. It's hard for stores like this to compete with online I know but most of the product's can be bought cheaper online. Staff we're very friendly and knowledgeable.
