Great for all things camping. Enormous display of tents outside. Competitive prices. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Have used this site lots over several years. There service has been fantastic. On the one occasion I had a problem (fault with a tent) they resolved it quickly with no fuss.

Just had a great retail experience. My wife and I just purchased the 7.2 Gazebo with tilt roof blades, plus two lovely corner suites, which look fantastic in it.
Plus a new BBQ.
Sales and delivery guys were great, nothing was too much trouble for them.
We had a couple of small issues, which was sorted very quickly, and at our convenience.
We also purchased several items for our caravan, great selection to choose from.
We would have no problems recommending them to everyone for garden or camping needs.

Lovely place to visit, amazing choice of tents, beautiful garden centre, not too expensive. Pretty little coffee shop but staff don't seem that organised, infact the woman on the till was quite abrupt, but would definitely visit again.

The main shop has a superb stock level of a huge variety of items.
Prices are generally excellent and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.
My first stop for garden/BBQ/camping and many other outdoor items.

Went to Norwich Camping and Leisure to buy some new garden furniture.... We were awkward customers... being very picky... Simon served us and has the patience of a Saint.... nothing was too much trouble...we got exactly what we wanted ... Norwich Camping and Leisure are very lucky to have Simon... now looking forward to our furniture with firepit to arrive... thank you.... x

Popped in here whilst waiting for my car to be cleaned next door. It was in the morning and there were no other customers in the shop, however not a single member of staff acknowledged me. Wasn’t interested in a hard sell, but a “good morning” wouldn’t have gone amiss. Staff all seemed far to preoccupied, or perhaps I wasn’t their preferred clientele. Didn’t feel unwelcome, but didn’t feel particularly welcome either.
Was hoping to grab a coffee and cake whilst waiting, but cafe wasn’t open so can’t comment on that.
Their Christmas range was out when I visited, so they’ve a few nice bits in stock. Santa by the door was huge!

Great place to just wander around for a couple of hours. Nice cafe with sensible prices. A good selection of outdoor clothing, plants and pots too. Nicely decorated for Christmas on this visit.

This is a lovely place. We came here to buy some garden furniture. They have a great selection also a huge selection of BBQ's and fire pits, all at very affordable prices. The staff are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. As our garden is still in the planning stage we will definitely be back!
