Wow what exemplary customer service. We went today for a new water pump and the lady who served us was so knowledgeable and helpful. We would recommend anyone needing any caravan accessories to call in here. We definitely will!!!

Disaster struck when my water pump decided to stop working, when one of my fellow caravan campers mentioned the excellent support of Bevan Caravan & Camping Supplies on Anglesey, I took a trip out and it was the best £66 Iv spent on the van, we have now got running water that is better than our house.

Top class service. I emailed in the morning looking for a BBQ adapter to hook up direct to my caravan. Tracey replied quickly and said they had one. Down I went and Tracey was quickly on hand to point me in the right direction. Definitely be my point of call for any caravan camping needs :)

On site with no water and incorrect gas regulator. Thankfully i found Bevan on the internet, The friendly and very helpful staff tested my water pump (faulty), replacement purchased (better upgrade) along with a new correct regulator- I can now enjoy my stay on Anglesey. So grateful for their help and advice.

What great service I received today, absolutely cannot fault them, I called needing a VERY short notice gas delivery, they delivered in lightning speed…..considering I was a brand new customer who hadn’t used them before I was exceptionally impressed with them. Neil who came to do the delivery and installed the bottles was very professional and polite and nothing was a problem for him.
A message to the owners…..exceptional today…..you have just guaranteed yourselves another regular customer who will continue to use your services and your shop. Excellent.
