Formula One Autocentres - Stevenage (Boulton Road)

First time using this garage. Had an MOT, service and new discs all round on my 16 year old car. Carried out within the day and as far as I can tell efficiently and carefully.
Had no problems with the car since so very happy.

Well this is the first time using this company, and I will never ever use them again. Took my car to have 2 tyers fitted appointment was for 10am 4 hours later was still not done, then they looked and said they were given the wrong size, so had to come in again for 10am next day 3 hours later the tyers were fitted. Thank you for actually fitting them, but never again.

Had previously left a good review but this time sadly not. Ordered two tyres booked fitting date on arrival only one tyre! Needed to return for the second tyre to be fitted. If I was told there was only one tyre could have rearranged visit when both tyres were there! Good price for tyres but would pay more for a competent company that deliver what you order and keep you informed if not available!

I tried to call around to get a wheel alignment on one of my vehicles and I couldn't get a positive answer from any garage that I called today. Everyone was too busy and hang up on me as soon as they rejected me.

BUT I called Formula One in Stevenage and I was lucky to get hold of Lewis. He said that they can't help me with the wheel alignment today but asked me to stay on the line and asked a staff member if they knew anyone that could help me today. And I had a lead for a garage in Stevenage that could help me.

Lewis went above and beyond his duties to make sure a customer receives great service.

I think his attention to detail and customer oriented focus is something that a lot of other garages lack.

Next time I have issues with any of my vehicles I will make sure to go out of my way and bring them to Formula One Autocentres.

Fantastic customer service. Last minute booking to sort a slow puncture and they squeezed me in. Unfortunately they we’re unable to repair the tyre as was unrepairable. They provided a full refund within days. I will use them again for any tyre issues as they are honest and trustworthy.

Cheekily asked if they could fit a second hand tyre to a rim for me. Left it with them for a couple of hours and it was done. Friendly service to be recommended.

My wife waiting 3 hours for wheel alignment with my 1,5 years old daughter, they always promised it will done in the next 45 minutes. Eventually done after 3,5 hours, but the wheels still does not straight. A 15 minutes job was done poorly in 3.5 hours

Had problem with my brakes, first time I've used the garage , got things sorted, yes very pleased would recommend to anyone.
